We encountered an issue with excessive noise coming from the neighboring rooms, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

The location really made a difference. Just a 15-minute walk to the Colosseum. I loved exploring the charming old building. The big lounge area on the first floor felt cozy with its antique furniture. My room was clean and a decent size for the price, especially given the location. Breakfast was basic but enough to start the day. However, the bathroom was a tight fit. It felt cramped, especially with the toilet being so close to the shower. I had some issues with the housekeeping. they folded the dirty towel instead of replacing it. Despite this, I appreciated the value for the money, considering all the positives.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Termini. Our family enjoyed the clean and spacious room which was lovely enough for our precious dog. The staff were accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we felt at home during our stay.
For dads, it would be great if there were more family-friendly dining options.

It was just a commendable fit for a mini-break over the weekend in Rome with best value. I appreciated the cozy atmosphere and how the staff connected me with nearby cafes for breakfast when the hotel option wasn’t available. For a better stay, try to bring earplugs as the noise levels can vary, especially at night.
